📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will be contacted via WhatsApp or email when your order is ready for delivery or pickup.


🚚 Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to:

  • Malta – Personal delivery by the Nail Shop Malta team

  • Gozo – Delivery via third-party courier (on-demand)

We do not currently offer international shipping. For special arrangements, please contact us directly.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on scheduling or external factors.


🏪 Local Pickup (Free)

You may choose to pick up your order from our physical store:

Pickup is free of charge and available by appointment. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.


Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers (for Gozo)

  • Undelivered items due to incorrect address information
